Cubfocus ("the app") is built with your privacy as the top priority. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
The app does not collect any personal data. All information — including focus sessions, streaks, and settings — is stored locally on your device and never transmitted to any server.
The app may request access to your device's camera during focus sessions to detect whether you are present. No images or video are ever captured, stored, or transmitted. Camera data is processed in real time on your device only and is discarded immediately.
The app may send local push notifications (morning cards, reminders, nudges) based on your preferences. These notifications are generated entirely on your device. No notification content is sent to or processed by any external server.
The app does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
We do not share, sell, rent, or trade any user data with third parties — because we do not collect any.
The app does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Since no data is collected from any user, the app is safe for all ages.
If we update this policy, the new version will be posted at this URL with an updated date.
